Through this privacy policy, in accordance with Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”), and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS (“Regulations”), we make known the guidelines under which we carry out the processing of personal data that each user shares with us prior to granting their free, prior, express, unequivocal and informed consent.
1. Personal databases
REPRIND SAC (“Koketa”), identified with RUC No. 20102309180, with address at Calle Marie Curie No. 231, district of Ate, province and department of Lima is the owner of the personal data bank called “Clients” which contains the personal data provided by each user who has created an account on the website and completes a purchase.
Koketa also owns the personal data database called “Website User,” which contains the personal data provided by each user who has created an account on the website, provided their email address to subscribe, and/or contacted Koketa by any means, but has not made a purchase. These databases are registered with the National Registry of Personal Data Protection, which is managed by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
2. What are the purposes of the treatment?
We process the personal data of each user for the creation and maintenance of their account, whether or not they have made a purchase, as well as to process their purchases, requests and attend to their requirements, which includes, but is not limited to: communicating the status of the purchase, delivering products and managing exchanges or returns.
3. For how long do we perform the treatment?
The personal data provided by each user will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing until you request its cancellation.
4. Are the answers on the form mandatory? What are the consequences of responding or refusing to do so?
The processing purposes mentioned in this privacy policy are essential for the performance of the contractual relationship and/or for maintaining an active account, and the requested data is necessary to fulfill these purposes. Therefore, user consent is mandatory; without it, Koketa will not be able to carry out the purposes described above.

Koketa contracts hosting and database services for the storage of its personal data through the company:

Likewise, Koketa uses its own logistics for Lima and/or third parties for provinces of Peru for the final destinations of orders, and therefore transfers the personal data necessary for said service.

Each user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, cancellation, revocation and other rights enshrined in the Law and its Regulations, by sending a request to ventasweb@koketa.com or by contacting +51 987956094 .
7. How do we safeguard the security of personal data?
Koketa adopts the appropriate legal, organizational and technical security measures established in the Law and its Regulations to guarantee the protection of the personal data of each user in order to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing and/or access.
8. Age of consent
By providing their personal data to Koketa, each user declares that they are at least the minimum age required by law. Koketa does not voluntarily process personal data relating to minors. If it becomes known that the personal data collected belongs to a minor, appropriate measures will be taken to delete it.

Koketa expressly reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy. Any modification or update to this Privacy Policy will be immediately communicated through this website, so that each user is aware of the information Koketa collects and the circumstances under which it processes personal data.
